Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations. This role involves product sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and PPC advertising to drive sales and profitability on Amazon’s marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Research & Sourcing: Identify profitable products, analyze competition, and establish supplier relationships.
- Listing Optimization: Create and optimize Amazon product listings (SEO, images, bullet points, descriptions).
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, and manage FBA shipments.
- PPC & Advertising: Run and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Track sales, reviews, and rankings, adjusting strategies for growth.
- Customer Service: Handle returns, refunds, and feedback to maintain high seller ratings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in Amazon FBA, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10/Jungle Scout, and PPC tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills for inventory and listing accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written skills for listings and supplier negotiations.
