Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations. This role involves product sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and PPC advertising to drive sales and profitability on Amazon’s marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Research & Sourcing: Identify profitable products, analyze competition, and establish supplier relationships.
  • Listing Optimization: Create and optimize Amazon product listings (SEO, images, bullet points, descriptions).
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, and manage FBA shipments.
  • PPC & Advertising: Run and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track sales, reviews, and rankings, adjusting strategies for growth.
  • Customer Service: Handle returns, refunds, and feedback to maintain high seller ratings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years in Amazon FBA, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10/Jungle Scout, and PPC tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills for inventory and listing accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent written skills for listings and supplier negotiations.
